Domestic Arbitration Fees
1.1. REGISTRATION FEES
a) A party who initiates arbitration shall pay a nonrefundable registration fee as under:
- Sum in Dispute (BTN)
- Upto 100,000
- 100,001 - 500,000
- 500,001 - 1,000,000
- 1,000,001 and above
- Fees (BTN)
- 500
- 1000
- 3000
- 5000
b) For any other civil matters where sum in dispute cannot be determined, a party who initiates such arbitration shall pay a nonrefundable registration fee of Nu. 3000
1.2. AMINISTRATION FEES
The administration fees of arbitration irrespective of amount in dispute shall be Nu.5000.
1.3. ARBITRATORS FEES
The arbitrator’s fees shall be Nu.7000 per session irrespective of amount in dispute. Per session shall consists of a maximum of 5 hours and anything beyond that shall be chargeable over and above the session fee. Session includes arbitration session and pre arbitration conference.
1.4. TRAVEL EXPENSES
If a arbitrator is required to travel for the purpose of a mediator out of the district of arbitration venue, such arbitrator shall be entitled for reimbursement of expenses as under;

- Travel expenses shall be paid from and returning to his/her usual place of work or residence.
- Full per diem allowance shall be paid only if arbitrators use overnight hotel accommodation.
- If arbitrators do not use overnight hotel accommodation, half amount of per diem allowance shall be paid.
- If the travel is within the venue of arbitration district but beyond 10km from the Centre, arbitrator is entitled to claim mileage without per diem allowance
